Sustainability projects often follow a similar process
We begin with a feasibility study in which a first estimation of the financial return is made with our in house developed model. When the numbers and project plan are approved, the subsidy application process is started. This can vary per sustainability project like size, location and type of project. After the subsidies have been positively allocated to the property, the financial structure of the project needs to be concluded. Consequently the tender process commences. Here we use our network and expertise to select the most suitable partner to realise the project. When all former steps are completed the actual realisation of the project commences. Finally, to support you during the exploitation period we offer management and maintenance contracts.
